BWC Signed MOU with CSCI to Develop Areas near Islamabad International Airport

Islamabad: According to a news post on 29-08-2023, Blue World City has officially signed an MOU with the Capital Smart City to jointly develop the area near Islamabad International Airport.

Blue World City (BWC) is the most trending property option available in the most luxurious neighborhood of the capital city. The residential society is at the prime location of Chakri Road, with direct access from M-2 Motorway. The housing scheme aims to become the first Purpose-Built Tourist Destination developed by the Blue Group of Companies.

Capital Smart City is Pakistan’s first real estate project developed according to the smart city concepts. The residential society is planned at the prime location of Chakri Road Rawalpindi. The country’s renowned urban planner, Habib Rafique (Pvt.) Limited (HRL) established the housing venture in collaboration with Future Developments Holdings (Pvt.) Limited (FDHL).

As per sources, the management of BWC and CSCI has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to develop the areas near Islamabad International Airport. The updates about this MoU were updated on the official Facebook page of Blue World City on 29-08-2023. The respected CEO of HRL, Mr. Zahid Rafique, the Chairman of BGC, Mr. Saad Nazir, and the CEO of BWC, Ch Nadeem Ejaz, were also present at the agreement signing.

As per the MoU, the management of both housing societies will jointly develop the area near the Islamabad International Airport. BWC and CSCI aim to urbanize the area into a state-of-the-art Global Cosmopolis. They are expected to establish a link road starting from the Thalian Interchange, leading to the BWC and CSCI on Chakri Road, increasing accessibility. HRL and BGC are also expected to develop a joint venture in the areas surrounding the airport.
