CBD Punjab Held Investor Summit for Lahore Global Village

Lahore: As per sources, the Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) recently held the groundbreaking ceremony of the Investor Summit for Lahore Global Village.

As per the news sources, the CBD Punjab decided to hold the Lahore Global Village Investor Summit to attract potential buyers. The ceremony was attended by some of the most respected business personnel of the Punjab district. The Chief Minister of Punjab, Mr. Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi, was the chief guest of the LGV’s investors summit 2023.

Lahore Global Village is a 130 Kanal commercial project that offers retail spaces that range from 620 sq. ft. to 6000 sq. ft.  The sources confirmed that the Central Business District Punjab had availed a momentous partnership with the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) for their exclusive project, Lahore Global Village. LGV was primarily named the LDA Walk & Shop Arena. The Lahore Development Authority has assigned the responsibility of marketing and sales to CBD Punjab.

Mr. Zahid Akhtar Zaman, Mr. Amir Mir, Dr. Usman Anwar, Mr. Mujahid Sherdil, Commissioner Lahore, and DG LDA Mr. Muhammad Ali Randhawa attended the ceremony. Some other prominent personalities like the CEO of CBD Punjab, Mr. Imran Amin, COO of CBD Punjab, and Brigadier Mr. Mansoor Janjua, along with other government dignitaries, were also present at the investor summit.

The Lahore Global Village is an exclusive project of LDA that has received a very positive response from the business community. Many investors have already booked retailer outlets in the LGV. A great number of female entrepreneurs also attended the investor summit and showed great interest in the commercial project. The management of CBD Punjab has indicated that the LGV will play a significant role in boosting the economic growth of Punjab.
