Multan: According to a news post on 29-08-2023, the Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Multan has decided to reinforce its exclusive Surcharge Waiver Scheme on the current investors’ demand. The news was publicized on their official Facebook platform.

DHA Multan is among the most in-demand real estate projects in South Punjab. Previously, the residential society announced its surcharge waiver scheme for its plots and villas on 28-02-2023. This scheme was highly appreciated by all of their national and international investors. Recently, the management of DHA Multan has decided to reinforce their surcharge waiver scheme on the strong demand of their clients.

The surcharge waiver scheme allows investors to clear out any outstanding installments. The limited offer will be valid till 15 September 2023.  The offer enables DHA Multan members to receive a 100% surcharge waiver upon payment of unpaid installments. The waiver scheme is only valid for the members of the residential society.
