Islamabad: According to a news published on 13-09-2023, the Defence Housing Authority Islamabad-Rawalpindi (DHAI-R) has recently announced an extension of the confirmation payment’s date for Sector River View South, Phase-IV. The officials of DHA publicized this update on their official Facebook page.

As per the sources, the officials of the Defense Housing Authority Islamabad-Rawalpindi (DHAI-R) have extended the date of confirmation payment for their River View South Sector, Phase-IV. The defense authority has received requests from several investors to extend the payment date. The DHAI-R has acted upon their valued client’s persuasion by
specifying various amendments to accommodate their members.

DHAI-R has specified the following amendments for the extension of the confirmation payment’s date:

• Extended Confirmation Payments Dates for deposit and application charges is October 10.
  
  
• Member will be able to switch payment plans as per applicable yearly charges from October 10.
  
  
• Payment Plan can be extended to a 4-year installment plan (Yearly Charges May Apply).
  
  
• Clients can avail of the nominee option on the first transfer till October 10.
  
  
• The fresh Payment Plan is available on demand.
  
  
• Submitting government taxes (PST & 3% Advance Tax) reduces primary confirmation payment in other installments.
  (Taxes are payable for the issuance of the Sale/Transfer of plots allotmentletter)
