OPF to Facilitate Overseas Pakistanis with 24/7 Complaint Monitoring Cell

Islamabad: According to a news report published on August 31, Mr Jawad Sohrab, Special Assistant to Prime Minster on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development, inaugurated a 24/7 Complaint Monitoring Cell to facilitate Overseas Pakistan with an advanced monitoring system.

After knowing the grievances of Pakistanis living abroad, the SAPM Jawad Sohrab visited the OPF (Overseas Pakistanis Foundation) head office and addressed the officials about the complaints of overseas citizens.

Furthermore, the caretaker Prime Minister also has a vision to strengthen support for overseas Pakistanis, so the idea perfectly aligns with his vision.

According to our media sources, the Complaint Cell will serve as a dedicated platform for overseas Pakistanis to register their complaints. The monitoring team will be available to provide quick responses and effective solutions to their issues.

The complainants can access the CMC through a Universal Access Number (UAN) at +92 51 111 040 040. It is one of the key features Complaint Cell has introduced. Furthermore, the Cell also provided the overseas Pakistanis with two WhatsApp numbers to make it easier for them to register their complaints. The WhatsApp numbers are: (+92 301 9872195, +92 306 0329901).

Furthermore, the CMC added more to the convenience of overseas Pakistanis by facilitating them with a user-friendly web portal (https://opf.pitb.gov.pk) for an online complaint management system. It will allow the users to submit and track their complaints.

Moreover, Mr Jawad Sohrab, SAPM, also revealed the priority of the interim government of developing beneficial relationships between Pakistan and Overseas Pakistanis. For this purpose, the provision of improved facilities and services is undeniable.
